// publishing services

Publishing services for independent developers

Four divisions. A publishing agreement can cover one of them or all four, and what is in scope is written down before work starts.

01

Global Game Distribution & Platform Publishing

We take a finished or near-finished build and carry it through store onboarding, page setup, build submission, review cycles and release-day logistics on the platforms a title is a fit for.

  • Store account and page setup, including capsule art specifications, descriptions and system requirements
  • Build submission, review-feedback handling and resubmission until a build passes platform technical requirements
  • Depot, branch and build management for pre-release testing rounds
Full scope, and what it excludes
02

Cross-Platform Porting & Technical Optimization

Porting work on Unity and Unreal projects: input and UI rework for a new target, platform SDK integration, memory and frame-time optimization, and the certification-driven fixes that follow.

  • Engine and toolchain upgrade paths where the current version cannot target the platform
  • Input, UI scaling and safe-area rework for controller, touch and handheld form factors
  • Platform SDK integration: save data, achievements, presence, storefront entitlements
Full scope, and what it excludes
03

Quality Assurance, Localization & Market Compliance

Structured QA passes with reproducible reports, localization pipelines from string extraction to in-context review, and the market-compliance work a release needs: age-rating submissions, storefront disclosures and regional requirements.

  • Functional, compatibility and regression test passes with reproducible bug reports
  • Platform technical requirement checklists run before submission, not after a rejection
  • String extraction, translation management, in-context review and pseudo-localization passes
Full scope, and what it excludes
04

Game Marketing, PR & Community Growth Management

Marketing planning around a release calendar: store page and asset work, press and creator outreach, event and festival submissions, and day-to-day community management on the channels a title actually uses.

  • Beat plan mapped to the release calendar: announce, demo, festival, launch, post-launch
  • Store page copy, capsule and screenshot direction, trailer briefs and asset checklists
  • Press and creator outreach lists built for the specific title, with keys handled through managed distribution
Full scope, and what it excludes

How an engagement runs

The same six stages appear on the home page and in the pitch form, because they are the actual process rather than a diagram made for a website.

  1. 01

    Pitch intake

You send the build, the deck and the honest state of the project. We read it, play it, and answer.

  2. 02

    Technical assessment

Engine, target platforms, port risk, content-rating exposure and the release window are all assessed before any number is discussed.

  3. 03

    Agreement

A publishing agreement: scope, territories, platforms, term, revenue split, reporting cadence, IP ownership and exit.

  4. 04

    Production support

Porting, QA passes, localization and compliance run in parallel with the developer own milestones.

  5. 05

    Submission & launch

Store pages, certification, rating submissions, the beat plan and release-day logistics.

  6. 06

    Live operations

Patch pipelines, community management, sales-event participation and reporting.

What a publishing agreement is

A publishing agreement with Cuiz Game Design is a commercial contract for publishing services, recouped from revenue on the terms written into that agreement. It is not a loan, a security, a deposit, an investment product or an offer to invest, and nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer of finance.

We do not publish a funding capacity, a per-title ceiling or an investment figure. What a specific agreement covers is set out in that agreement after the technical assessment, and not before.

What we will not do

  • Promise store featuring, editorial coverage or a rating outcome.
  • Buy reviews, followers or engagement, on any platform, for any title.
  • Publish a title on this site before it is under agreement with a live, public store page.
  • Take ownership of your intellectual property as a condition of publishing it.
  • Advertise gambling, betting, real-money gaming or paid loot boxes. We do not work in that category.

Platform, storefront, engine and rating-board names are used descriptively to identify the destinations we submit builds to and the tools we work in. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use here is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, certification or approval.
