// the rig — how an engagement runs

01

Pitch intake

Days 1-10

You send the build, the deck and the honest state of the project. We read it, play it, and answer.

What you get: A written answer either way, and the reasons behind it.

// core publishing divisions

Four divisions, one agreement

A publishing deal with us can cover one of these or all four. What is in scope is written into the agreement before work starts, so nobody is guessing later.

No outcome is promised. Store acceptance is decided by the platform holder, age ratings are issued by rating boards, and editorial and creator coverage is an independent decision. We commit to the work described in the agreement and report what actually happened.

// the rig

What actually happens after you press send

Six stages, published up front. The point of writing them down is that a developer can hold us to them.

  1. Pitch intake

    Days 1-10

    You send the build, the deck and the honest state of the project. We read it, play it, and answer.

    A written answer either way, and the reasons behind it.

  2. Technical assessment

    Weeks 1-3

    Engine, target platforms, port risk, content-rating exposure and the release window are all assessed before any number is discussed.

    An assessment document naming the risks, including the ones we cannot price yet.

  3. Agreement

    Weeks 3-6

    A publishing agreement: scope, territories, platforms, term, revenue split, reporting cadence, IP ownership and exit.

    Plain terms, in writing, with the IP staying with the developer.

  4. Production support

    Ongoing

    Porting, QA passes, localization and compliance run in parallel with the developer own milestones.

    A named contact, a shared tracker and a fixed reporting rhythm.

  5. Submission & launch

    Release window

    Store pages, certification, rating submissions, the beat plan and release-day logistics.

    One calendar everyone works from, with the deadlines that cannot move marked as such.

  6. Live operations

    Post-launch

    Patch pipelines, community management, sales-event participation and reporting.

    Revenue and platform reporting on the cadence written into the agreement.

// how we work

Small publisher rules, written down

Four commitments that shape everything else on this site. They are here so a developer can check whether we kept them.

  • Your IP stays yours

    A publishing agreement with us grants publishing rights on defined terms. It does not transfer ownership of your game, your code or your characters.

  • An answer either way

    Every pitch gets a reply, including the ones we decline, with the reason. Our target is ten working days; if an assessment runs longer we say so rather than go quiet.

  • No promises we cannot keep

    Store acceptance is the platform holder decision, ratings are the rating boards, coverage is the press own. We will not sell you any of the three.

  • Your pitch is handled carefully

    Pitch material is used to assess your project and reply to you, processed by us and by the providers running this site under written instructions. It is not sold, and it is not handed to third parties for their own purposes.
